• Account means a registered user account on G4Green.
• Green Connect means the marketplace and discovery environment for verified green solutions.
• Green KPIs means structured, measurable sustainability actions defined within the Platform.
• Impact Lab means G4Green's optional expert-led support offering.
• Green Leader means an advanced Green Star account authorised to coordinate sustainability engagement across a defined corporate or member-based ecosystem.
• Green Rating means G4Green's sustainability performance assessment framework.
• Green Star means a company registered on G4Green.
• Impact Tokens means a closed-loop digital incentive mechanism used within G4Green.
• KPI ID means the informational record associated with a Green KPI, including its description, eligibility criteria, and optional informational attributes such as sponsorship references or Additional Informations.
• Optional Platform KPIs means non-mandatory Platform KPIs focused on engagement, behavioural change, awareness, or collective sustainability initiatives, participation in which may be managed by eligible users through account settings.
• Platform Green Leader means G4Green acting in its system-level role to coordinate non-commercial, non-competitive sustainability engagement, onboarding, and participation across the Platform.
• Platform KPIs means Green KPIs defined and assigned by G4Green in its role as Platform Green Leader, including mandatory onboarding and data-quality KPIs, as well as optional engagement and awareness KPIs.
• Sponsor means a Premium Green Star that meets the eligibility criteria to be referenced within a KPI ID as a sponsor.

G4Green is a B2B and institutional platform.

Eligible entities include:

• Companies of all sizes
• Public-sector entities, including cities and local authorities
• NGOs
• Membership-based organisations such as associations and chambers of commerce

Individuals may browse publicly available content without creating an account but may not register or participate actively.

By registering, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the entity you represent.

3.1 Green Star Accounts: Companies may register as Green Stars under:

• Basic (free) accounts
• Premium Green Star accounts

Each tier provides different levels of functionality, visibility, and verification.

3.2 Green Leader Accounts: A Green Leader account is an advanced Green Star account designed for organisations coordinating large ecosystems, including supply chains, members, or portfolio companies.

Green Leaders may onboard and manage multiple Green Stars and define Green KPIs across their network.

Premium Green Star accounts may be affiliated with G4Green in its role as Platform Green Leader. This affiliation enables G4Green to coordinate participation in Platform KPIs and platform-led sustainability initiatives in accordance with these Terms.

• Basic users may use their Green Rating internally.
• Premium users may optionally display Green Stars and sustainability tiers on Green Connect.
• Public display is voluntary and can be enabled or hidden at any time.

G4Green does not guarantee rankings, outcomes, or reputational benefits.

Green KPIs are structured sustainability actions that may be:

• Assigned by Green Leaders, or
• Self-assigned by Green Stars

Each Green KPI is associated with a KPI ID. The KPI ID may include optional informational attributes, such as sponsorship references or Additional Informations. These attributes are descriptive only and do not alter the voluntary nature, completion requirements, verification process, or incentive mechanics of the underlying Green KPI.

KPIs assigned by Green Leaders other than G4Green are defined, managed, and funded solely by the respective Green Leader. G4Green provides the technical infrastructure to support assignment, tracking, and optional verification but does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, outcomes, or incentives associated with such KPIs.

Green KPIs may also be defined and assigned by G4Green in its role as Platform Green Leader ("Platform KPIs"), subject to the participation rules set out in these Terms.

KPI completion may require supporting evidence. Verification is optional and can only be requested by the concerned Green Star — either to increase the credibility of the KPI completion or to comply with the verification requirements defined by the relevant Green Leader.

Green Stars participate in KPIs assigned by external Green Leaders on a voluntary basis or pursuant to their relationship with the relevant Green Leader. Participation in such KPIs is independent of any participation settings related to G4Green acting as Platform Green Leader.

Any procurement-related, commercial, or competitive implications arising from KPIs assigned by external Green Leaders are the sole responsibility of the respective Green Leader and participating Green Stars. G4Green does not mediate, enforce, or benefit from such arrangements unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5.1 Incentive-Based Green KPIs

Green Leaders may attach Impact Tokens as incentives to Green KPIs in order to encourage participation and completion by Green Stars.

Any Impact Tokens displayed in connection with a Green KPI represent an incentive offered by the relevant Green Leader and not a guarantee by G4Green.

5.2 Securing Impact Token Incentives upon KPI Assignment

Where a Green Leader assigns a Green KPI to one or more Green Stars and specifies Impact Tokens as an incentive, the following rules apply:

• A minimum portion of the total potential Impact Token incentive pool, currently ten percent (10%), must be secured in the Green Leader's wallet at the moment the KPI is assigned.
• This secured portion is locked to the specific Green KPI and cannot be withdrawn while the KPI is active.
• Green KPIs that include Impact Token incentives cannot be assigned or published to Green Stars unless this minimum secured portion is available.
• The purpose of this requirement is to prevent unfunded incentive commitments and to protect the integrity and credibility of the G4Green ecosystem.

5.3 Completion, Default, and Partial Fulfilment

Upon verified completion of a Green KPI by participating Green Stars:

• The Green Leader is responsible for funding the remaining Impact Tokens required to fulfil the announced incentive.
• If the Green Leader fails to provide the remaining Impact Tokens within a reasonable grace period defined by the Platform, G4Green is entitled to distribute the secured portion of Impact Tokens on a pro-rata basis among the Green Stars that successfully completed the KPI.
• Any such distribution shall be clearly labelled as partial incentive fulfilment.
• G4Green does not guarantee the full fulfilment of any incentive beyond the secured portion and shall not be liable for a Green Leader's failure to fund the remaining balance.

5.4 Platform KPIs and Participation Controls

G4Green may assign Platform KPIs in its role as Platform Green Leader for the purpose of onboarding, engagement, awareness, and collective sustainability action. Platform KPIs shall be non-commercial, non-competitive, and aligned with recognised ESG and SDG frameworks.

• Only Free Premium Green Stars (not affiliated with any Green Leader) are eligible to participate in optional platform-led KPIs coordinated by G4Green.
• Disabling participation applies only to Optional Platform KPIs and does not affect mandatory onboarding, data-quality, or platform integrity KPIs, which cannot be disabled.
• Participation controls are available exclusively to Premium Green Star accounts. Non-Premium accounts are not eligible for Optional Platform KPIs.
• Participation settings related to G4Green acting as Platform Green Leader do not affect a Green Star's participation in KPIs or initiatives assigned by other Green Leaders, including cities, programmes, corporate networks, or third-party organisations.

5.5 Limitations on Platform KPIs

G4Green, in its role as Platform Green Leader, does not assign Green KPIs that impose procurement obligations, purchasing commitments, supplier preferences, commercial requirements, or competitive benchmarking. Any such KPIs may only be assigned by external Green Leaders or through explicit opt-in programmes.

5.6 KPI Sponsorship (Informational Only)

Certain Green KPIs may display a sponsorship reference within the KPI ID in the format "Powered by [Sponsor]".

Sponsorship is subject to automatic eligibility validation and is informational only. To be eligible, a Sponsor must:

• Hold a Premium Green Star account, and
• Maintain a Green Achiever (4★) or Green Champion (5★) Green Rating at the time the sponsorship reference is displayed.

KPI sponsorship:

• Does not constitute endorsement, certification, preference, or exclusivity by G4Green
• Does not influence KPI assignment, verification, scoring, or visibility
• Does not impose procurement, purchasing, or commercial obligations
• Does not restrict participation by Green Stars

Any financial arrangements related to sponsorship occur off-platform and are outside the scope of G4Green.

5.7 Additional Detailss

Green Leaders may associate Additional Detailss with a Green KPI as part of the KPI ID. Additional Detailss are non-binding, informational signals intended to highlight preferred impact themes, scopes, or outcomes.

Additional Detailss:

• Do not impose obligations or restrictions on Green Stars
• Do not affect Impact Token eligibility, allocation, or redemption
• Do not create approval, enforcement, or compliance requirements

6.1 Nature of Impact Tokens: Impact Tokens are a closed-loop digital incentive and settlement mechanism used exclusively within the G4Green platform to support verified sustainability action.

Impact Tokens:

• Are not a currency and not legal tender
• Are not a financial instrument or investment product
• Do not confer ownership rights outside the G4Green platform
• Cannot be transferred freely or peer-to-peer between users

6.2 Allocation and Use of Impact Tokens: Impact Tokens may be allocated to Green Stars as incentives for verified sustainability performance, including improvements in Green Rating and the completion of Green KPIs.

Impact Tokens may only be allocated, reassigned, or distributed through platform-controlled processes in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.

Green Stars may use Impact Tokens exclusively within the G4Green platform to access verified green solutions offered on Green Connect.

When Impact Tokens are used on Green Connect, they are reassigned within the platform to the providing Green Star acting as an approved Green Solution Provider, as part of a controlled, purpose-bound transaction governed by platform rules.

Only Green Stars approved and onboarded as Green Solution Providers may redeem Impact Tokens for monetary compensation, subject to applicable verification, contractual, and compliance requirements.

Impact Token allocation, use, and redemption are independent of any sponsorship references or Additional Detailss displayed within a KPI ID.

6.3 Redemption by Green Solution Providers: Only approved Green Solution Providers may redeem Impact Tokens for monetary compensation, subject to:

• Platform rules
• Verification requirements
• Applicable contractual terms

Such redemption does not convert Impact Tokens into a currency or financial instrument and does not create transferability beyond the defined platform roles.

Premium users may optionally access Impact Lab, which provides expert-led sustainability services including:

• Carbon accounting and GHG quantification
• ESG reporting and due diligence
• Sustainability audits
• Tailored implementation support

Impact Lab services are governed by separate scopes of work and commercial terms.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information submitted.

G4Green may apply:

• Automated checks
• Manual verification
• Third-party or partner-based verification

We reserve the right to remove or suspend content that is misleading, unverifiable, or non-compliant.

G4Green uses distributed ledger technology (blockchain) as part of its technical infrastructure to support the secure recording, traceability, and integrity of certain platform activities, including Impact Tokens, Green KPI records, and related sustainability performance data.

Blockchain is used solely as a technical mechanism to ensure integrity, traceability, and controlled reassignment of Impact Tokens and sustainability-related records within the G4Green platform.

The use of blockchain does not create or imply any form of digital currency, financial instrument, or unrestricted transferable asset.

Records written to blockchain may be technically immutable and irreversible. Users acknowledge and accept this characteristic.

All platform content, software, trademarks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of ImpactGulf or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their own submitted content but grant G4Green a limited licence to host, display, and process such content for platform purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• False or misleading information is provided
• Platform integrity is compromised

Termination does not affect records already created, including immutable blockchain entries.

G4Green is provided "as is".

We do not guarantee:

• Sustainability outcomes
• Regulatory compliance
• Financial or reputational benefits
• The fulfilment of incentives offered by third parties, including Green Leaders, beyond any secured portions explicitly defined in these Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpactGulf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

G4Green shall not be liable for a Green Star's decision to participate or not participate in Optional Platform KPIs, nor for any outcomes arising from such participation decisions.

G4Green shall not be liable for any interpretations, expectations, or arrangements arising from KPI sponsorship references or Additional Informations, which are provided solely for informational purposes.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection regulations where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
